Steel belt strip extrusion
VMI-AZ Shark® extruder gear pump systems, in combination with a cross head, cover steel cord wires with rubber compound. This application can be found in belts / breakers for tires and body ply.For this purpose the VMI Group offers complete solutions including the creels, cutter, splicer and wind-up systems.
The combination of the extruder and gear pump technology offers an extremely precise and predictable output, resulting in a perfect line control.

NEW: Vertical cross head with quick access for easy cleaning, cooling exchange, or exchange of the strainer plate. The strainer plate is integrated in the head design.
